Our nineteenth century villas preserve memories and details in each of their rooms. Understated but colourful spaces in which the hues of nature stand out. Look down, you’ll notice some period features, such as the original terracotta flooring.

Located at the centre of our large estate of three hectares, boasting a view of the towers of San Gimignano, is the magnificent VILLA. A former cloistered convent dating to 1300, it was converted into an aristocratic country house in the late 1800s.
Only certain places afford such unique experiences: see with your own eyes the small narratives of the past; places of history and great beauty.
The ORCIAIA is located next to the VILLA and also dates to the late 1800s, when it served as a warehouse for the old farm, renowned for its extra virgin olive oil. We still produce the oil, which can be found every day on the tables in our restaurant and osteria.
Custodians of a venerable past, some of the rooms still preserve the original terracotta flooring.
